Fit-ups and restaurant work are what we specialise in and what we have always done well. Residential work we take as it comes, and we do it properly.

Commercial fit-ups
Offices, retail, and institutional spaces taken from empty shell to inspected and running. We work off drawings, hold to the general contractor's schedule, and coordinate around the other trades instead of arguing with them.

Restaurants and food service
Kitchen equipment circuits, service-line and bar power, walk-in and refrigeration, dining room lighting. This is the work we have done most and done best, and franchise build-outs run to a fixed opening date, which is the part most trades get wrong.

Level 2 home chargers, usually done in a single visit. We run the circuit, mount the unit, test it, and show you how it works before we leave.
